MAGNI LAUNCHES NEW THA AGRI TELEHANDLERS
Magni expands its telehandler range by introducing the new THA agri telehandler series, specifically designed to meet the needs of farms for loading, lifting, and material handling tasks. At launch, the series includes seven fixed telehandlers, with three additional models to follow later: two for particularly heavy-duty applications and one electric-powered model.
Each model is developed to make agricultural work easier, offering solutions for handling heavy loads, lifting, and operating in confined spaces. As with other Magni telehandlers, the new THA models combine top-class comfort with uncompromising safety.
At EIMA 2024 in Bologna this November, Magni showcased the first models of the series in advance: the THA 3.6, THA 4.8, and THA 5.10. These robustly built telehandlers are equipped with state-of-the-art technology to make daily farm work easier while delivering reliable performance even for the most demanding tasks.
Juho Tirkkonen, Product Manager for Magni telehandlers at Avesco, attended the event and shared his positive impressions of the new agri telehandler series.
"The new THA series is a fantastic addition to Magni's telehandler lineup. The models, along with their attachments, are perfectly suited to Finland’s challenging conditions,” Juho commented.
Versatile Telehandler Models for Various Agricultural Applications

The first telehandlers, available for sale in early 2025, are all equipped with Stage V engines, hydrostatic transmissions, and electronically controlled load-sensing hydraulic systems. Among the telehandlers showcased at the event:
- THA 3.6 is a compact and agile telehandler, ideal for confined spaces such as cattle and poultry barns. It offers a lifting capacity of 3,000 kg and a top speed of 35 km/h.
- THA 4.8 is designed for heavier lifting needs, featuring a 4,000 kg capacity and a lifting height of 7.7 meters. It includes a suspended cab and a top speed of 40 km/h.
- The flagship model, THA 5.10, can lift loads up to 5,000 kg to a height of 10 meters. This telehandler is equipped with a powerful engine and a continuously variable CVT transmission, allowing for speeds of up to 50 km/h, even in challenging terrain.
The Magni THA Series Delivers Innovative Technologies Designed to Enhance Agricultural Efficiency and Usability.
The THA series incorporates features such as cab suspension, bright LED lighting, automatic attachment recognition, and software functionalities that adapt to specific tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
The familiar Magni MCTS control software remains a staple in the THA series, simplifying the adoption of the new models. However, the new agri telehandlers also introduce innovations tailored specifically for the agricultural sector: the up-down function ensures vertical alignment of attachments, the boom memory function speeds up repetitive tasks, and the bucket shake function simplifies emptying during loading.
Additional features, such as boom side-shift (+/- 4.5°) and machine leveling (+/- 7°), enhance precision and stability during lifting operations, making the THA series a reliable and efficient choice for demanding agricultural tasks.
The newly introduced models will be available for sale in the first half of 2025.
