Our goal is to keep your machine in top working condition and get it back to the job site as quickly and effortlessly as possible. Your Cat machine is designed and built not just for one but multiple lifecycles. Repairing or reconditioning individual components before failure can lead to significant cost savings.
All Avesco workshops operate according to Caterpillar’s high-quality standards, staffed by skilled professionals. Our rebuild workshops carry out comprehensive overhauls for even the largest Cat machines, with major rebuild services available particularly at our locations in Pirkkala, Oulu, and Kuopio.
In addition, we perform component repairs at our Cat®-certified component repair shop in Kerava, which specializes in servicing all key Cat® components. This includes engines, swing motors, transmissions, axles, cylinders, hydraulic pumps for earthmoving machines, and final drives for excavators. Our component repair shop also offers testing capabilities for engines, transmissions, and hydraulic pumps.

In the 1,500 m² facility completed in Kerava in 2022, a dedicated team of seven specialists focuses on component repairs. Our workshop is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and in our world-class facility, we plan, receive, and carry out the reconditioning of all Cat machines and power systems.
Our Cat-certified technicians use advanced tools for efficient and safe disassembly, inspection, and replacement of worn parts, ultimately delivering a product that is as good as new.
The location of the component repair shop was chosen strategically due to its proximity to Avesco's central warehouse and Finland’s most extensive logistics hubs, ensuring fast availability of spare parts.
